We only read your calendar to check availability and build your plan. Event data is anonymized before AI processing - participant names, emails, and personal details are stripped. We don't store a persistent copy of your calendar. All data is encrypted in transit. Your data is stored on EU-based servers and we are fully GDPR compliant. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (iCloud), Outlook/Office 365, and Notion Calendar. Connect any of them in one click during onboarding - more providers coming soon.

You don't have to. You can use Pace without calendar access - just tell it when you're available and it'll build a plan around that. You'll lose the auto-replanning magic when life shifts, but everything else still works.

Notion is a bucket; we are the water. They hold your tasks - we intelligently schedule, track, and replan them when you're stuck in traffic, sick for a week, or just having a bad month. The AI coach has full context of your goal and adapts in real time.

You can, and it'll write you a decent plan in 30 seconds. The difference is that Pace actually lives inside your calendar. It knows what you've done, notices your momentum, and rebuilds the plan automatically when your week shifts. Less copy-pasting, more just showing up.
