Integration

An AI scheduler for Apple Calendar

Pace connects to your Apple Calendar via CalDAV for iPhone, iPad, and Mac scheduling

Pace connects to Apple Calendar using Apple's standard CalDAV protocol. Same read-only default and same privacy posture as the Google Calendar integration.

How it works

Plays nice with Apple Calendar, doesn't take over

Reads your Apple Calendar via CalDAV

Pace uses Apple's official CalDAV protocol to read your iCloud calendars. Same calendars you see on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Read-only by default

Pace can plan against your calendar without ever modifying it. Suggestions show up inside Pace, not as surprise blocks in your calendar app.

Optional write-back to a dedicated calendar

If you want the plan visible inside Apple Calendar, opt in and Pace writes planned sessions to a separate calendar you can toggle on/off.

Works with iCloud and self-hosted CalDAV

If you use iCloud, connection takes 30 seconds with an app-specific password. If you run your own CalDAV server, that works too.

Common questions

Do I need a Mac to use the Apple Calendar integration?
No. It works with any iCloud account - iPhone-only, iPad-only, whatever combination. CalDAV doesn't care about the device.
Why does Apple need an 'app-specific password'?
Apple's security model. Rather than giving Pace your main Apple ID password, you generate a throwaway password just for Pace that you can revoke anytime.
Does this work with shared family calendars?
Yes - if the calendar shows up in your iCloud calendars list, Pace can read it (with permission).
