Built for freelancers

An agentic scheduler for freelancers balancing client work, marketing, and a life

Nobody else is going to structure your week. Pace turns your goals into a plan that leaves room for client work - and for you.

Why most freelancers plans fail

No boss = no external structure, which sounds great until month 3
Client work always wins, so marketing and skill-building slip
Feast-or-famine cycles mean your plan has to flex every few weeks
Admin (invoices, taxes, proposals, accounting) vanishes into the void
How Pace is different

A plan that bends with your life

Separates client time from your-business time

Pace knows the difference between 'billable hours' and 'grow-your-business hours' and plans accordingly. Both survive; neither eats the other.

Protects business-dev blocks even in busy weeks

When a big client project lands, most freelancers drop their own marketing. Pace protects a minimum floor so your pipeline doesn't dry up 3 months later.

Rebuilds when a new client lands mid-week

Your week was planned around 2 clients. Now it's 3. Pace reshuffles without you having to redo everything from scratch.

Respects freelance calendar weirdness

Tuesday morning standup with one client, 3-day site visit the next week, a quiet Friday. Pace plans around all of it, not against it.

What a week looks like

An example rhythm

Monday
Client work blocks + 30 min admin
Tuesday
Client work + 60 min marketing session
Wednesday
Deep client work day
Thursday
Client work + 30 min outreach
Friday
Wrap-up + skill-building block
Saturday
Rest
Sunday
Planning + invoices

Pace generates the actual schedule from your calendar - this is just a shape.

Common questions

Does Pace track my billable hours?
No. Use whatever tool you already use (Toggl, Harvest, etc.) for billable tracking. Pace handles planning and prioritization.
What if my client mix changes every month?
That's normal and Pace expects it. You update the mix, Pace rebuilds the plan. It doesn't assume stability that doesn't exist.
Is this for solo freelancers or small studios too?
Solo by design. If you have a team and need shared planning, Motion or a proper PM tool is the better fit.
